What Coaching Looks Like

Each coaching session is personalized to the student's needs and goals. Together, we identify challenges, develop practical strategies, and build systems that help students become more organized, confident, and independent over time.

My approach to coaching is collaborative, strengths-based, and focused on creating lasting habits—not quick fixes.
